| Subject: | Verizon mail server vms172067.mailsrvcs.net has the wrong time |

I use Mailwasher to read my mail and I sort by arrival time. I
find that at times, new mail shows up lower down in my list
instead of on the top, which is confusing at best. I complained
to Mailwasher (figuring it was their bug) and they pointed out
that the arrival time they are showing is from the last Received
header line. Well, that last line is from mailsrvcs.net (which
is a Verizon domain, before anyone tells me it's not them) and I
am finding that there are a couple of servers whose time is off
by 30 minutes or so. One would think that all servers would
update their times from a time server automatically on a regular
basis, but obviously that is not the case.
These are bad:
vms172069.mailsrvcs.net
vms172067.mailsrvcs.net
These are ok (probably others as well, this was what I found at
the top of my mailbox):
vms172047.mailsrvcs.net
vms049.mailsrvcs.net
vms172053.mailsrvcs.net
vms173003.mailsrvcs.net
Here are some sample headers:

You will see that it arrived at vms172067 30 minutes before it
had arrived at the previous mail server. This is quite
impressive, but unfortunately it is wrong.
Who can fix this? Can I call tech support and expect them do to
anything about this (yes, I know it is unlikely they can get
anything fixed)? It's quite annoying.
