Ultimitely i`d say there`s a reason that solicitors can and do charge the
sums they charge for wills - they have the expertise to make sure things go
how you want them to, and are a target to sue if things do go wrong (they
have suitable insurance etc). Is it REALLY worth the saving to lose the
peace of mind that things will go how you want them to after you die?
