From July 1st, I have changed my observing hours to 06, 09, 15, and 2100Z.
Routine reports on this newsgroup at 09 and 15 from today + others when time
permits, or when weather is interesting.
Also will be reading rainfall and max temps at 0900 (throwing back readings)
so as to conform to standard practice.
