Check your 2008-2009 Decisions book, D32-1/3 'sgorn!...so we haven't had
that Decision for the last 6 8/31 months...at least! However, the
ubiquitous 'they' sneaked the ruling into the 'Rules' as from January 1,
this year. (Actually January 4 in Oz, 'cos they couldn't get the Rule
books here soon enough!). See sentence added at Rule 33-1,
CONDITIONS.....and they didn't tell anyone!
