My thanks to you, David, and to others for the information provided.
I now have a better understanding of the situation.

My own collection of Deciison books is rather meagre, having only USGA
1898(1901); R&A 1934; RS Francis 1937 and FS Shenstone 1939 then a huge gap
until 1990 then 1993 to date.

If anyone has a dupicate copy of 1991 or 1992 they no longer need, I would
give a fair price.

It is interesting to know that the USGA Year Books contained Decisions in
the earlier days.
I will watch for any becoming available.
